WHOLE FOODS: Campaign Doubles Fundraising Target | Community Spirit

Whole Foods Market’s “Grab and Give” program encouraged its customer service team to promote and request donations in aid of Central Iowa Shelter & Services this month.

During the 5-week fundraising campaign, the West Des Moines store was given the goal to raise $5,000.

“We are proud to present Central Iowa Shelter & Services with a check for $10,063.10,” said Kristin Steinbach, spokesperson for Whole Foods. “The shelter does so much for those 

in need and Whole Foods Market Team Members are honored to help and give back.”
