FAMILY FUNDRAISER: MDA Muscle Walk
Saturday you can muscle in on the action to raise money for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
At Valley West Mall at 7.30 a.m., the third annual Muscle Walk will take place. The organizers hope to raise $60,000 and are so far about two thirds of the way there.
MDA works to help adults and children that suffer with any of the more than 40 muscle diseases.
The money raised will go towards fostering research and provide vital services to families affected by neuromuscular disease.
